Does this break Google’s rules?
HTV for Business never posts or invents reviews — the customer picks the wording and posts it themselves. The feedback funnel is optional and can be turned off per shop so every customer sees the Google option.
Do customers need an app?
No. They scan the QR with their phone camera, and the whole flow runs in the browser.
What if the AI key isn’t set?
A built-in offline generator writes the review instead, so the flow always works. Add a key later for richer text.
Can one business have many outlets?
Yes. Each shop gets its own QR, branding and analytics under a single owner account.
